The MR.DIY Home Improvement program focused its attention on a family in Janda Baik, Pahang who also does home baking and selling of baked goods, as a source of income.

The volunteers painted the kitchen walls, with the help of paint brushes and paint trays which can easily be found at MR.DIY stores. The volunteers also painted the window frames as well as installed mats in the kitchen area.

Different types of storage solutions, were being used to organise the items efficiently, such as storage baskets, cutlery holders, and storage racks, which offer a more sleek appearance to the kitchen area. 

The owner of the home had expressed her gratitude to the volunteer and MR.DIY team. She felt happy and excited with the way her kitchen’s new look.
