MR.DIY RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

It’s important for us that you are satisfied with the products that you have purchased from us. But if you want to return or change the products for various reasons, you can easily do this on our stores.

For the purchases you make from our MR. DIY stores, you can return your products without excuse within 14 days of purchase.

If you have exceeded this time limit, there will be no refund but the product or products can be exchanged from any MR.DIY store.


How does the return procedure work?

You can easily return your products* that you have purchased from MR. DIY stores, if the return products matches the return requirements.

In order to return your product; the product must not be used, the product and the package must not be damaged, the full/ complete set, original packaging and all the accessories must be returned. Meeting these terms and conditions, the product can be returned to the nearest MR. DIY store.

Within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077, it is a legal obligation for our customers to submit invoices or cash register receipts for the goods purchased; pursuant to the Communiqué of the Ministry of Finance with serial number 54 (published in the Official Gazette No. 22620, dated 24 April 1996) and the provisions of Article 8 / 2 of the Value Added Tax Law.

Refunds for products returned by our customers will be made according to the cash receipt of the returned products or the type of payment specified in the invoice. Slip submission will be required for payments made by credit card. Accordingly; the exact same amount of refund will be made through initial payment method of the returned product.

If the product is invoiced on behalf of a company; for the return procedure, the company has to issue a return invoice (invoice with a delivery note). If this return invoice is missing, the product cannot be returned.

If there was a discount for the purchases according to a special offer and a refund is asked, the refund is made by deducting the discounts earned by the offer.


Which products purchased from the stores are not eligible for returns?

All the defective products can be returned but if it’s a return without excuse, the following products cannot be returned:

All items that are used or washed

Items that have lost the ability to be resold

The packages that are opened

Hygienic storage boxes (face mask boxes, etc.)

Practical bath organizers (toothbrushes, etc.)

If the seal is opened or damaged on gelatin or vacuum sealed products

Fast moving consumer goods without a protector tape

Assembly required supplementary furniture products

Products purchased from from the displayed products section and/ or bargain corner
