JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or any Business courses.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Site Acquisition/Property and Asset Management in a retail industry is an advantage.
• Required Skill(s): Good written and verbal communication

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Consistently secure and recommend new market opportunities and profitable sites.
• Analyze current and past financial data, such as financial reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
• Prepare the business development budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we’re on track to hit targets.
• Communicates and negotiates with Lessors regarding renewal terms, rent free period, rent concessions, and other Contract or lease related concerns
• Drafts and executes the Renewal Contracts, Contract Amendments, Mutual Release, Quitclaim, and Waiver
• Consolidated and created the lease database/data management.
