Internal Audit Assistant Manager

Job Description
  • Assist in planning and defining the annual audit projects, assessing risks, and tracking progress of non-store audits.
  • Support audit execution by planning activities, assigning tasks, ensuring audit procedures are followed, and drafting findings.
  • Monitor the completion of audit recommendations and action plans, preparing regular progress reports.
  • Validate the resolution of past audit issues by reviewing completed action plans and conducting necessary follow-ups.
  • Conduct investigations in response to whistleblower complaints or management requests and report on audit progress monthly.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, with at least 2 years in the Retail, Logistics, or Manufacturing industries
  • Strong data analytics skills
  • Possesses strong communication skills and expertise in business reporting, particularly in audit reporting
