Responsibility:
Identify and analyze potential location for new store opening, negotiate with landlords and prepare documents for legal / lease agreement signing.
Job Description:
- Find new location / site for store expansion
- Create study case every new location
- Negotiate with landlord including agreement and layout
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): English
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Site acquisition / Business expansion / Business Development or equivalent.
- Good in negotiation
