Job Description
- Gather user requirements and identify pain points based on data, voice of customers and audit findings
- Conduct walkthrough to develop business processes (end-to-end flow diagram) incorporating SLAs, RACI matrix and control mechanisms
- Analyze and identify integration/ interconnection on business processes based on “helicopter view” perspective
- Analyze and evaluate processes to ensure alignment with business strategy and objectives
- Lead and manage improvement projects
- Create and review regulatory documents (policy and standard operating procedures)
- Create training materials for new regulations implementation and provide training to audience
- Develop and release good quality Policy and Standard Operating Procedure based on plan
- Provide constructive feedback/ recommendations to improve the process
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience lead/ manage business process improvement projects
- Proficiency in Business Process Mapping/ Design (high level to granular)
- Familiar with Business Process Improvement methodology (Business Process Management Framework, DMAIC, RACI Matrix, Context Diagram)
- Fluent in English
- Have a good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have good communication skills to negotiate, propose and do presentations
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel for business trip
