Business Process Improvement Assistant Manager

Job Description
  • Gather user requirements and identify pain points based on data, voice of customers and audit findings
  • Conduct walkthrough to develop business processes (end-to-end flow diagram) incorporating SLAs, RACI matrix and control mechanisms
  • Analyze and identify integration/ interconnection on business processes based on “helicopter view” perspective
  • Analyze and evaluate processes to ensure alignment with business strategy and objectives
  • Lead and manage improvement projects
  • Create and review regulatory documents (policy and standard operating procedures)
  • Create training materials for new regulations implementation and provide training to audience
  • Develop and release good quality Policy and Standard Operating Procedure based on plan
  • Provide constructive feedback/ recommendations to improve the process
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience lead/ manage business process improvement projects
  • Proficiency in Business Process Mapping/ Design (high level to granular)
  • Familiar with Business Process Improvement methodology (Business Process Management Framework, DMAIC, RACI Matrix, Context Diagram)
  • Fluent in English
  • Have a good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have good communication skills to negotiate, propose and do presentations
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel for business trip
