Key Responsibilities:

1.      Demand Forecasting:

o    Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast future demand.

o    Collaborate with sales, purchasing team to gather input for demand planning.

o    Adjust forecasts based on market conditions and promotional activities.

2.      Replenishment Planning:

o    Determine optimal order quantities and reorder points.

o    Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely delivery of products.

o    Monitor supplier performance and address any issues affecting inventory availability.

3.      Inventory Analysis:

o    Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock analysis.

o    Identify slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory and recommend actions.

o    Analyze and report on inventory performance metrics such as turnover rates, fill rates, and stock accuracy.

o    Identify and implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency

4.      Cross-functional Collaboration:

o    Work closely with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to align inventory levels with operational needs.

o    Participate in new product launch planning and inventory setup.

o    Communicate inventory status and potential issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Sciences or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome or with work experiences 1-2 years
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel)
• Highly interested in numerical, analysis and forecast
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
