IT Officer, Inventory

Job Description:
  • Receive return goods from retail stores and organize the goods in respective shelves.
  • Prepare requested items from warehouse to loading bay for delivery to stores.
  • Identify and report potential asset shortages, damages, or other issues affecting inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory reports, including stock levels, usage, and asset conditions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all relevant assets, including serial numbers, purchase details, and warranty information.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
  • Academic qualification of SPM or above.
  • Prior experience in retail chain or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
  • Physically fit.
  • Good time management.
  • Willing to learn new skills.
