Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions within the company. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand unique talent requirements for leadership roles.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions, ensuring a proactive approach to recruitment. Implement workforce planning strategies to address future talent needs.
- Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including job portal, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Identify potential shortfalls in manpower supply/demand within the organization with regards to skills and capability requirements and recommend solutions to address these gaps.
- Provide timely and appropriate management reporting on matters related to manpower demography and/or other parameters required such as on attrition, recruitment or mobility for performance tracking and decision making with regards to manpower planning and budgeting.

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years working experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful hires.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and the latest trends in talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Ability to anticipate future staffing needs and proactively plan recruitment strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in the recruitment process and propose effective solutions.
- Maintain a commitment to ethical recruiting practices and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
